The LivLyte Assist Program is designed to be simple and fair. We charge a flat 5% program fee or $15,000 which ever is greater which you don't pay until closing. The Program Fee is the cost to use the LivLyte program, and how we make money. It is based on the LivLyte valuation and does NOT come out of your 90%

At LivLyte, we share your goal of achieving the highest possible price for your property. You'll receive 90% of the market value, with LivLyte allocating 5% to cover traditional closing costs and marketing fees.
PLUS our highly trained team of negotiators will strive for the maximum price. The additional proceeds above the market value is split 60% to you and 40% to LivLyte.
