Compensation: Base + Growth Opportunities (Commission begins after onboarding period)

We are seeking experienced, high-performing sales or client relation professionals who want to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving results. Personality, professionalism, and the ability to build authentic relationships are just as important as sales experience.


All new hires start as Jr. Property Consultants for a flexible onboarding period (typically around 3 months, but may be shorter or longer depending on experience and readiness). During this time, you will:

  • Be immersed in our systems, processes, and mission

  • Work with KPIs to maintain performance standards

  • Gain the tools and knowledge to transition quickly into the Sr. Property Consultant role

  • Once promoted to Sr. level, you will begin earning uncapped commission in addition to your base.


This role is for seasoned professionals — not for beginners. We want individuals who have the skills to succeed from day one, but who also value empathy, integrity, and creating a positive experience for every client.

Who You Are

Clear, confident communicator with a neutral or North American accent

Experienced in client-facing roles (sales, customer service, account management, real estate, hospitality, etc.)

Real estate experience preferred (1+ year, e.g., wholesaling, agent, acquisitions, etc.)

Relationship-oriented, empathetic, and client-focused

Motivated by achieving results while providing exceptional service

Coachable, organized, and tech-savvy

What You’ll Do

  • Build authentic rapport with homeowners from company-generated leads

  • Act as a concierge guide, answering questions and providing support

  • Uncover client goals and present solutions thoughtfully

  • Negotiate with integrity and ensure a positive client experience

  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce)

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure clients feel supported every step of the way

  • Hit KPIs from day one as a Jr. Property Consultant

  • Transition to Sr. Property Consultant with commission and expanded responsibilities


Your initial onboarding period focuses on learning our mission, systems, and processes. Once fully onboarded, you will transition into the Sr. Property Consultant role with commission opportunities.

  • Fluent English with excellent grammar and neutral accent

  • Reliable high-speed internet + quiet home workspace

  • A reliable computer (Mac 2018+ or similar)

  • Proven success on the phone

  • Professionalism, empathy, and a client-first mindset
