Position: Senior Transaction Coordinator – U.S. Real Estate Closings Company: LivLyte, INC.
Location: Remote (International Applicants Welcome)
Position Type: Independent Contractor
Availability: Must be available during U.S. business hours to coordinate with homeowners, agents, title companies, escrow companies, closing attorneys, and other partners nationwide. Please note that U.S. business hours include all time zones (Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific). Our team meetings and internal collaboration are scheduled based on Arizona time.
Compensation: $2,000–$2,500 USD/month based on experience and qualifications
Real Estate License: Not Required

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Transaction Coordinator who can confidently take ownership of the contract-to-close process while ensuring every homeowner receives the communication, care, and support they deserve.
This is not an entry-level position. This is a critical operational role that requires someone with deep U.S. residential real estate closing experience who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing transactions independently with excellence.

Who You Are
You are a seasoned real estate professional who:
✅ Has a minimum of 10 years of experience managing U.S. residential real estate transactions
✅ Has experience as an Escrow Officer, Escrow Manager, Senior Escrow Assistant, Senior Transaction Coordinator, Closing Coordinator, or similar role
✅ Has personally managed transactions from contract through closing
✅ Has experience coordinating transactions across multiple U.S. states
✅ Understands title, escrow, closing timelines, contingencies, and transaction requirements
✅ Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
✅ Can independently manage multiple active files and deadlines
✅ Identifies potential issues before they become problems
✅ Communicates clearly, professionally, and proactively
✅ Remains calm under pressure and knows how to prioritize competing deadlines
✅ Is comfortable communicating with homeowners, agents, title companies, escrow companies, closing attorneys, and internal team members
✅ Takes ownership of outcomes, communicates concerns early, and follows through consistently
✅ Is tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
✅ Understands that transaction coordination is not just paperwork — it is a critical part of the homeowner experience and requires empathy, communication, and attention to detail
What You’ll Do
As Senior Transaction Coordinator, you will:
Own and coordinate residential real estate transactions throughout the United States from contract through closing
Manage transaction timelines, milestones, and critical deadlines
Serve as a key point of communication between homeowners, agents, title companies, escrow companies, closing attorneys, and internal team members
Review contracts and transaction documents for accuracy and completeness
Track inspections, contingencies, title work, escrow timelines, and closing requirements
Monitor state-specific closing requirements and processes
Identify risks or delays early and proactively work toward solutions
Maintain accurate records, notes, and updates within company systems
Provide proactive updates regarding transaction status, challenges, and upcoming deadlines
Ensure every homeowner feels informed, supported, and cared for throughout the transaction
Protect the accuracy, timelines, and details required for successful closings
Help create a smooth, transparent, and blissful experience for every homeowner
What You’ll Need
Minimum 10 years of experience in escrow, title, or transaction coordination
Strong understanding of U.S. residential real estate transactions
Experience managing transactions across multiple states strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Reliable high-speed internet
Professional workspace suitable for remote work
Reliable computer and equipment
Availability during U.S. business hours
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
